National Telehealth Resource Center Webinar – Mapping and Designing Telehealth Clinic Workflows

By Kathy Chorba, Executive Director, California Telehealth Resource Center

The National Telehealth Resource Center (NTRC) is offering a free webinar, Mapping and Designing Telehealth Clinic Workflows, on August 16 at 11:00 am PT. This program is hosted by the California Telehealth Resource Center (CTRC) and presented by OCHIN Workflow Engineer, Fay MacDonnell. This webinar is open to everyone, and those interested in implementing or improving telehealth in their organization are encouraged to register online for the free webinar.

Workflow mapping allows for visualizing a process and identifying gaps or areas for improvement. This presentation will provide an overview of how to develop workflow diagrams, and review the telehealth workflows developed by OCHIN, in collaboration with CTRC, Chapa De Indian Health, and Riverside-San Bernardino County Indian Health.

Learn more and register online here, and please contact Aislynn Taylor, CTRC Training and Outreach Coordinator, with any questions.

For those unable to attend the live webinar, a recording of this presentation, along with previous telehealth-related webinars, will be available for viewing online on the NTRC website.
