OCHIN members from across the nation contributed powerful case studies about effective change ideas that made a difference in the quality of care in their clinics – specifically raising rates of cervical cancer screening and HPV immunization.

The guide contains change management and improvement education, resources, and templates to encourage members across the OCHIN collaborative to replicate these change ideas in their clinics.
